My system yse to record, now it does not. if was off for a whle and when i turned back on, recording does not function.
pleae advixe.

Are we talking the wireless cameras or the Q ones? This is the Q camera area but folks don't necessarily pay attention. Big difference - with the wireless cameras, turning off the base is an issue since the cameras wear their batteries down trying to connect to the (turned off) base. If yours' are wireless, I'll bet your batteries are dead.

The cameras are wireless - but the batteries are fresh.
The system was off for about two weeks, all cameras connect fine but just do not record.
I have re-booted the system / checked all the settings / moved one camera to see if it clicks and the red lights come (they all work).
Please advise, and thanks for your support!

Try and REMOVE one camera..
from SETTINGS, cam, REMOVE DEVICE and then biring it back as new... see if it works and if so, repeat with others.
