Won't turn on after internet upgrade

I got my internet upgraded. The tech forgot to check the cameras before he left, I have 3 Arlo Q Pro's on PoE connections. I can't get them to show any sign of life. Light will not come on. I have already tried: holding sync (for over a minute), paperclip/reset held over a minute (although there doesn't even seem to be a real hole for this), My app will not let me press the reset button (I guess it wants signs of life). I've checked all wires multiple times to make sure they are plugged in. I have turned on and off the modem multiple times. But I can't get the camera's to show a light. Nothing. Not sure what I an do and I"ve spend way too many hours alreay searching for answers on here...help please.

sounds like the POE wasn't turned on (the router), so no power to them
