Push to talk not working / Firmware update wont install

Hi there!

Just installed our new Arlo Q Plus.

Have been trying to use the push to talk feature via a Galaxy S7 Edge, but the text above the push to talk button "Please wait" never disappears, the button is not getting solid colored.
And yes both microphone and speaker are enabled under options.
And I can hear the sound which the cam picks up.

Furthermore it shows me that there is an firmware update, but says that the battery is to weak and I should conect the "Arlo Baby" to a power source.

Which it is, as I use it via WiFi and ist connected with the USB-cable to the power adapter.

Ridiculous...!

Reset the camera, remove it from Settings, My Devices and resync.
