Pinch and Zoom not working on alert images or live on Arlo iOS app

When I pull up an alert image or live stream, I an unable to use a pinch or zoom to change the size. The image size does not change.

 

App version 2.6.3.

Device: Apple 8 (MQ8Y2LL/A), Software version 12.1.2

Hi @Rhondalee,

 

Try to update to the latest Arlo app version, which is 2.7.0 and see if that helps. Also try to restart your iPhone.
