Need to add connected camera to second iPhone that already has Arlo account

I need to add camera to the app on second iPhone. Camera is already connected to network and app on first iPhone 

the camera was removed from second iPhone when trying to get geofencing working with both phones (which still only works randomly) 

the only option to add a camera in the app assumes adding new camera to network.
