Last week there was a internet malfunction and there was no internet for half of the day. When internet was back again, one camera functioned as normal again, but the other one disconnected. I couldn't reset it from the app, so i removed it there, thinking to resync it. But the camera is stuck in some kind of mode it can't get out, it looks like. The led is on orange, but won't sync if i try to add it in the app. So i tried resetting the camera. But that also doesn't work. Tried 10 sec, 30sec and more, but it won't give a sound that the camera is being reset and is ready for syncing. I also tried to remove the power for a long time, hoping that would give it a hard reset, but also didn't work. Does anybody know something to reset it again so i can make the camera work again?

Hi Tom,
I tried just wifi, with the cable in it. But the orange light doesn't chang and it doesn't find anything. It keeps searching and searching for a camera, the same as with POE.

Hope not:( it's not even a year old. If they break after internet is disconnected it's not really good news.. I opened a post with support but no reply yet
