worked great out of box for 2 months than when i powered down and repowerd up no connection again
I have made 2 calls into tech support last one with agent 46119. I go thru same procedures over and over-
completed few factory resets
completed add new device both on macpro and iphone
amber blinks quickly, trying to connect after chime but never does connect and discover device
i am at end of rope and need rma but tech support either loses my record of first call or asks me same questions over and over
suggestions are welcome
