No longer seems to be working correctly, I can only play about 5 seconds of the CVR before I get an 'error parsing fragment ' message. So effectively unusable again.

Hey eltelboy,

 

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies, tried on incognito mode, or tried on a different browser? Do you have a screenshot that shows the error after playing about five seconds later?

Still getting same error although its not as frequent as before. It seems at certain times the CVR is OK and at other times this error comes up many times. Tried different browsers etc but makes no difference , I have attached a PDF document with error message,

Thanks for sending over the error message. Is this also happening when trying on the Arlo app on your phone device?

When you play the same part of video on the phone, instead of the error message you just get a black screen.
