No longer seems to be working correctly, I can only play about 5 seconds of the CVR before I get an 'error parsing fragment ' message. So effectively unusable again.

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies, tried on incognito mode, or tried on a different browser? Do you have a screenshot that shows the error after playing about five seconds later?

When you play the same part of video on the phone, instead of the error message you just get a black screen.
