I have the $14.99 plan for 14 days. I wanted to up my plan to 30 days for $19.99. My bill totals $34.98 before tax!  Why am I getting charged TWICE?

Had you removed the cameras from the older subscription and canceled it before purchasing the new subscription?

@DiDiGri : Check the subscription area via my.arlo.com (preferrably on a Windows PC or Mac).  If you see both subscriptions, you should be able to cancel the old one (and shift anything on the old plan to the new one).

You can also contact support (using the support options in the app).  Since you have a subscription, you should see a phone option.  Don't try to google for Arlo support - that almost always leads to a scam support site.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062119/How-can-I-avoid-Arlo-support-scams
