I have powered an Arlo Q plus camera using a micro usb cable (the one that comes with Arlo Q ) and connected it to the WiFi. Got the confirmation that the camera is connected , but I can’t seem to find that on the app. Any help much appreciated!

I had an online chat with the support (did not know about that). They asked me to do a 30 second long press and try connecting again. It helped. Seems to me they must have updated the firmware via online as the agent asked me if the camera is connected to WiFi.
Anyway in short , the problem is solved . I am really glad for the support via the chat and though you!

Did you log out of the app and back in? Was it there?
