Hello, temporarily turns the camera off but now I can't seem to get it connected again. Is there a known issue given its now EOL? Tried resetting the camera using the pin hole and can get to the blinking amber stage which I gather is meant to be when its ready for setup but I've tried connecting via ethernet and WiFi (both 2.4ghz and 5ghz, several times ensuring details have been entered correctly) with the camera next to the router.

Perhaps the issue is with the camera itself but seems unlikely as I had only temporarily disconnected it (not dropped it or anything) but when plugged back in it wouldnt connect so removed device and can't see to add it back. As such wondering if there is a known issue with the camera being so old thats its just no longer supported by the app.

Any EOL camera is not officially supported but should continue to work. My own Q (not a Plus) is working properly so it's not like it was disabled. I have had problems in the past getting the Q to connect properly to my WiFi but persistence and the phase of the moon allowed it to eventually reconnect it. I tried resets as well as both 2.4 and 5GHz bands and it's now on the 5GHz connection.

Thanks, I'll give it a few weeks and try again when there is a full moon... 😀
