Assume you mean charge... Verify you are using the supplied ac adapter and cable

Yes with further inspection the connector that plugs into the camera . If held just right it will start to charge. Maybe getting a new adapter will solve problems?

The Arlo Q Plus does not "charge". There isn't a battery to charge.

 

The power is there to keep the camera live.

 

It might be better if you explained what is happening at your end.
