Arlo Q Plus - Not able to discover the device

I am really frustrated with my newly purchased ARLO Q Plus and I doubt if I have got a faulty device...

After I sync the device, have the blue light blinks, and scan the QR code with a chime, the blue light disappears and the solid amber light returns..  even I press "continue" for the app to search the device..... it runs for few mintues and finally pop up a message that "No Arlo devices found"....

I am really disappointed with the QC of your products... and the brand reputation of ARLO and Netgear

Have you tried to sync the camera using a pc or the arlo mobile app?
