This happens every 10 minutes, it keeps disconnecting we have 4 of them (3 POE, 1 Wireless) even the Wireless one is only a few feet away from the Linksys WRT320 and it is on 5 Ghz. Our connection is on fiber 400Mbps up and down, I am calling on the representatives to please help us out, thank you.

If the LED light is showing blue and the UI is showing the camera as disconnected, it could be an issue with the client you are using to view. Do you see this behavior when viewing from all devices (web client, iOS/Android mobile app)?

Hello James,
Yes on all 4 devices, at first it was noticed on my boss' iphone 6, i also notice it on my android device seeing that i used his account to grant access to mine so i can see the office as well. The same thing happens when using a browser on the computer. We have a piper IP cam and is working fine.
