used ARLO PRO Model VMC4030 camera

Hello, I bought 2 used ARLO PRO Model VMC4030 cameras, with a charging cable and 120v wall plug, do I need anything else to use the cameras with my android smart phone? Does my ARLO PRO camera need a Base Station? (or SmartHub)

The arlo pro camera requires a base/hub.
