Arlo stuck on discovering device HomeKit - VMB4000r3

I’m trying add my cameras to HomeKit but Discovering Device screen is mostly blank and doesn’t do anything. Can anyone please advise? Thanks!!

The arlo Base station will usually require a token reset by arlo before you can add it to HomeKit.

 

You will likely need to repeat this requirement every time a system change occurs.

@vbekkerm  I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?
