Can anyone explain what "One time premier cloud storage plan (life time), means that I paid in dec 2020.

Is this a subscription that is valid worldwide, as I am living in Sweden

I'm not aware of a lifetime subscription at any time. This also refers to old, deprecated subscriptions so you may want to check out Settings, Subscription for the current plans.

I have a receipt from arlo us support center for the "one time premier cloud storage plan". The charge was 179.98 dollar, total with taxes 192.92 dollar. I also have a case ID number, but when I try to contact the us support I am directed to the european support that can't answer.
