just logged in and noticed that all recordings have stopped at the end of march.  Currently have an active subscription.  Both standby and arm away are activated and i cannot turn them off.  seems they were activated on march 29th.  all cameras are acitve as i can log into them.  have rebooted my base station and still have this situation.  system pretty useless at this point.

Your second ("Feed") screenshot does NOT show that the system is in both Arm Away and Standby at the same time.  It was put into "Arm Away" mode at 9:51 pm March 29, and that was changed to "Standby" mode a minute later.  It still is in Standby, and that explains why you have no recordings.

You change the mode on the dashboard page, by pressing the mode you want the system to be in.  That should change it to color (the modes you aren't using are gray-scale).

Thank you so much.  Since they were both colored, I thought that meant that they were both active.  I hadn't made the leap that since recordings were listed by time, so were the mode changes - my bad.  I have changed it to arm home activated now so I should see something soon.

And of course I don't remember ever touching that but the screen shot sure shows that either I or my husband did it.

Thanks again.
