One Pro camera (out of 3) no longer alerts or records

Hello, inherited an Arlo system through a recent house purchase. It consists of 1 base station and 3 pro cameras.

 

All was working ok (apart from the geofencing) - I was using arm home and arm away time based automation to move the cameras between notifying and not notifying during the day. I left the front door camera on notify all the time as we don't always hear the door.

 

Front door cam now has no recordings listed in the 7 day rolling "free" cloud period and never sends any alerts no matter what mode the system is in. The other two cameras are working normally. I tested a manual recording for the front door cam and this appeared to work, the recording showed in the feed tab and has since fallen out of the 7 day rolling period.

 

Any help much appreciated!

IF you go into the devices page and press the setting wheel for the problem camera, does it show that the camera is armed/detecting motion?
