Arlo camera notifying but not recording

Does anyone have any idea why my wireless camera is sending me notifications of activity but not allowing me to view the live feed and also isn’t recording anything.. has been fine for over a year but has started doing this today.

Sounds like your subscription has expired if you ever had one. However, the Pro cameras still have the free 7 day plan as long as you have 5 or fewer cameras.

@jguerdat  I’m afraid it’s not that, my subscription renews in June.

funnily enough today I had a 1 second recording today but about 6 motion notifications without any recordings. I’m also not able to view live either.

any other suggestions?

Ok, exactly what camera(s) do you have? What subscription do you have? Depending on the age of the sub, are the cameras included in the sub? Old ones allowed you to move them in and out, new ones are unlimited. Are the cameras connected to a base or hub or to your WiFi? If a base/hub, which one? Check the bottom for a label that has VMBxxxx.
