What if I only want to record activity outside my business on certain days and times. Is there a procedure? Secondly how do I just turn all 6 of the cameras off completely? Is there a startup process?

I just purchased the pro systems with the six cameras for my business. Other questions I have are can I put a thumb drive in the back of the base to permanently save certain videos? How much storage is in the free 7 day cloud...taping days/12 hour days.

Check the FAQs for creating modes and rules. You can then schedule these modes as you need. To turn them off, the easy way is to use the Disarmed mode.

Yes, you can leave a thumb drive in the base all the time. Remember to use the Safely Remove choice so the videos aren't corrupted.

There's currently no limitation of disk space for the free plan, just the number of days. You should download videos of interest before they disappear and use the thumb drive as a backup. Also, remember that these are only the recordings, not a continuous stream.
