I am unable to long into Arlo using the App. Andriod Version 3.0_28330

 

It was working a couple days ago.

 

The app asks me to log back in. I touch the fingerprint sensor and receive the message, "Your session has expired. Please sign in to continue." Log in is grey'ed out and forces me to restart the app.

Try to reinstall the Arlo app on your phone device to see if that helps.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you.

Another thing that worked for me (using biometric also) is restart the app, and just logout if you can instead of logging in, hit cancel on the biometric check. Was able to get back in w/o reinstalling.
