2 different cameras same location doing this Front Porch camera

Generally this particular artiface is a result of loss on the network connection.

 

What signal strength are you seeing in the app?

I am seeing all waves, I have not moved the base in same position it has always been with no issues until recently, the base is VMB3500r4, I will move base and see if it works better, thank you

moving the base did not help, this base is VMB3500r4, my other 2 camera or on base VMB3010r2

 

Is there way to reload a firmware on the VMB3500r4, I am showing no available firmware, but I like to force the latest one on it or go back to the one before that, since the problem has just started to happen recently

The only way to force an update is to either click on the base settings to check firmware and update if one is noted or reboot or power cycle the base to see if that causes it. First, though, check the published release notes at https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/bd-p/arlo-release-notes for your base and verify what you have matches.
