Bought the two pack.
Easy set up and both cameras working right away.
One stop connecting to the base and was no longer recording.
The other continues to work just fine.
What's up with the one not recording?

Remove the camera using the app, remove and replace the battery to reset the camera and then try and resync.

Thank you.
I had tried that. Now, using the app the base does not see the camera. Cannot sync.

Go to settings and for the trouble camera, use REMOVE DEVICE, bring it back as if new ( sync )

Did all of the above . . . Camera came back on line and within an hour was back off line. The 2nd camera continues to work just fine.
Is it possible I have a "bad" camera?

That can be due to an issue with the WiFi connection to the base. Do you have another camera that you can use to swap positions? That would tell you if it's the camera or the location.

We have not permany mounted the cameras yet. The first time it happened the cameras were sitting near each other in the same location.

Sounds like it's likely the camera. You can open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here or swap at the store.
