ijust brought the arlo camera, and 3 of them cannot record motion. can thesupport team help metoresolve. this problem? thanks

Yes they can.  But before calling them try to remove the batteries form camera for about 10 seconds. Trigger some motion after booting up the camera if it is now working.

 

If camera is still unable to detect motion, remove the camera from your accouny, unplug the base station from power outlet and leave turned off for 1 minute. Plug base and wait until it boots up completelt, then re-sync camera. If ever camera still don't detect motion after you re-sync it, you may need to call Arlo support.

What recording mode are you using? Are there the correct rules in that mode? Can you Live View each camera?

PS... confirm that the "running man " in the Live View screen is Black.... if gray, the motion detect isn't turned on properly

i can live vuew the cam, but onr of then cannot record motion. 2 of them are ok

Can you post some screenshots? One of the device tab showing the camera info and live view window. One of the rules for that camera in the recording mode you're using.
