Tap on settings and you can email logs however…when I try it doesn’t work bc the send button is greyed out.

Support asked for the logs but doesn’t seem to understand when I tell them my app won’t let me send them. Everything is auto populated in the email their app creates aka there are no empty fields, address is there attachment auto attached …

Does anyone have an idea what issue could be preventing the send button from being clickable?

Please send a screenshot via dm of what you are seeing when trying to send the logs. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
