Just bought a new arlo pro wire-free HD security camera system in syria and when I tried to register it I got a message " you are not connected to internet . please check your connection

If the power LED is yellow/amber, you have a hardware issue. Power and Internet must all be green for things to work. Since the power LED is amber it could be the base or the power supply. You may be able to swap the system at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
