cameras don't appear on app, Arlo Pro

Ever since I got a new phone, my cameras no longer appear on my Android Arlo app. The cameras still appear on my wife's Android app. I tried adding new devices on the app, but the app just says "Looking for you Arlo device" and never finds anything.

 

Under 'Support' on the app, it says "no devices are associated with this Arlo account".

 

Please help!

I figured it out. I have two account logins for some reason. I had to login under a different email.
