I am trying to edit Smartthings mode on the web portal but it will not allow me to select 'if motion detected, do nothing'. This is also the case on the Android app. Has anyone else had this issue recently? Thanks.

Hi Briney,
Are you referring to the Arlo web portal on your computer? Or is this referring to Samsung SmartThings as you mentioned "SmartThings mode"?

Hi JessicaP,
Yes, I am referring to the Arlo web portal on my computer. I have tried this on several computers and none will allow me to edit my Smartthings mode. On the added picture, I cannot even select the radar button. Also, I have tried and failed to edit this mode using the latest version of the Android app. On the app, the save option is greyed out. Thanks.

Thanks for that screenshot and clarification. I would say try creating a new custom mode to see if that works.
