I see the video pictures shown the library on my computer for each day from my 3 Arlo cameras, but when I pick on the video arrow, I just get a black screen and no video it just says loading... and the screen stays black! Why?? Using PC windows 10

My guess is you're using IE11 or Edge as your browser. There is currently an issue where IE11 and Edge no longer play library videos. Arlo is aware and investigating the issue.
As a workaround........ click the 3 dots on the video your want to view, choos share, choose copy link, open a new tab, right click in the address bar and and choose paste and go. You can now view your videos in Edge.
