arlo pro not working how can i trooble shoot i do the right set up but still no device showing on my online its only been 1mos that i have been using my arlo pro and because it was disconnect so i set up again to do add device but not working anymore so what will i do i know is still under warranty. let me know the best thing to do. Thank you.

What have you tried? You press the sync button on the base station and the green LED blinks showing it's ready to sync a camera. You briefly press the sync button on top of the camera and the blue LED on the front of the camera flashes. Are these things happening?
