arlo pro my cameras stop recording from time to time

I have had a few issues and need help please

my cameras stop recording from time to time, they go for awhile after i set up my own mode and then after a week or two they stop recording.  i will still get notifications on my iphone but when i look there is nothing.

i tried deleting my mode that i created and i made a new one, same thing happened, they for for about a week or so and then stopped.  

now today they stopped again, yesterday they were fine

i have created my own settings from both the app and online via your site and a computer

also there was a setting to where i chould choose how long the cameras recorded for, now it isnt there?  

please help

There's a brand new app just released for iOS. Give that a go

As mentioned above, did installing the most recent Arlo mobile app update help resolve the issue? Please let us know.
