arlo Pro,4 camera, my desktop and mobilephone states the internet is not connected,

I have synced my 4 cameras, and had them working, but now ,my mobile and desktop states the internet is not connected ,when the base station has 3 solid green lights. the ethernet router has all green lights ,what the hey???

First, just log out and then log back in, try again..

 

If NG still, power button reboot the base...give it 1-2 mins to come back up, test again.
