account cannot be found

Have a vms3130-100nas camera.  Bought it February 2018.  Registered it with netgear.com and have been getting alerts ever since up until June 19 2018.  After that, no alerts.  Tried to log in tonight (June 27 2018) to investigate.  Can't log in.  Chose "Forget Password" feature.  Website says "Account not found."  Went to the forum website and chose "Forgot Password" feature and reset account that way, but when I log back into the regular web site (not the found), it says I don't have any devices associated with my account.  I clearly do because I have emails of alerts etc to prove it!  Please help.

If you can't remember you password, you'll have to contact Netgear Support ( below )

TomMac, you don't understand.  I had my old password and logged in many times.  For some reason, MY ACCOUNT COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED.
