Zones - Can not delete-options no showing on laptop

Hello, I was attempting to create zones on one of my cameras. I managed to create 3 of them, but none seem to work, and I can not delete them either.  I attempted from my phone, to no avail. Now im trying from my laptop, and it will not even show me the zones, nevermind the ability to delete them.... I was really hoping for more from these cameras, but I have them now all of 7 weeks, Have already had to replace the batteries on all three cameras 3 times already; im getting either 40 triggers of the camera motion an hour, or non at all. Very Fustrating to say the least.  ANy help is greatly appreciated.

Restart the base - any luck?

Restarted base, removed added all cameras, did the re-synch.. deleted app, re installed.. Basically did everyhting short of hitting it with a hammer

The next step is just to save time - reset the system. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab (or the + in the app) to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go.
