Verify the motion icon for the camera in the Devices tab is black, not gray. Check your modes to see if the proper one is selected and that the camera actually has a rule for it. If you removed and resynced the camera at any point, any rule in any custom modes would need to be manually re-added. Only the Armed mode gets a rule automatically.

The settings all appear to be the same as the other two cameras who are working fine. So im not sure what to do. I have resynced the camera and nothing has changed

Similar experience. My cameras were working on April 6, then on April 7, no new videos.

Hi ShayneS,
1. I restarted the base station today.
2. I made sure the cameras were working by testing them through the app
3. I tested the motion sensor, and that was working
4. There were no error messages being reported anywhere. It's interesting that the cameras don't realize that they aren't recording to the library anymore.
Seems like the equipment is working fine.

Are the motion icons in the Devices tab for each camera black or gray? Gray means disarmed - check your active mode.

@jguerdat It's armed. The motion icons are active.

Some folks have had to resort to resetting the whole system and starting fresh.
