Hi there,

Happy with my Arlo Pro 2 camera system. Seems to work fine.

Would like to set up my wifes phone so that she can use app and view cameras.

Can she have a separate login or does she have to use my login info?

One other question: Is there an online instruction manual for this system?

I think that's all for now....

Thanks for any help that you can offer!

She sets up her account with her email/pw... then you can share access to the cameras so you both can see at the same time. ( if you are on and she logs in with the primary account , she will knock you off line )

Thanks so much for the quick getback, Tom!

I set her phone up with an Arlo account and tapped continue.

It seems like it wants to do a new setup with first step being to connect base station to router.

I looked at the manual and found a section about granting friends access.

Is that what I want to do next?

Thanks again!

This is also where I got stuck/confused. Where do I go from here to grant them access?

Looking around and going through the whole interface can be quite instructive and informative. In this case, you need to use Settings, Grant Access.

Does her phone have to be connected to same wifi as home base like when I setup my phone. Also I created her account for her like it said but after that idk how to connect her account to home base. Even after I sent invite. And it don't say grant access yet. Says resend invite.

The only time you must be on the same network as the base is to set the system up in the first place. After that, it doesn't matter.

Did she receive the invite email? That has all the directions needed to get her access going. Check her spam folder and maybe try a different email address.
