Why can't I see videos in the library?

I can see the videos in the library when I log into my computer but don't see them on either my iphone or my sue's ipnone.  The library is empty on our iphones.  The cameras are turns on.

Make sure you don't have any filters set in the library. Also uninstall and reinstall the app. If they are in the web portal page on a computer, they should be in the app on phones.

Thank you. Deleting and reinstalling the app fixed the issue.
