Can anyone help me with why Arlo is saying I need to pay for a subscription to activate my 10th camera when I already pay a subscription for 10 cameras?

Do all ten cameras have a single subscription plan for each camera or are they covered with a single multiple subscription plan?

Have you checked the subscription area in the app - just to make sure there isn't an old camera listed there?
You could consider switching to Arlo Secure (which has unlimited cameras).
