ALL I WANT IS A WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ARLO! I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO WEEKS ON THE PHONE, AND HAVE TO GIVE UP EACH TIME AFTER MORE THAN AN HOUR! ONE OF MY CAMERAS IS WASHED OUT -- ALL WHITE. I'VE CHANGED BATTERIES AND THE LOCATION. IT'S THE CAMERA.
I EVEN CALLED COSTCO CONCIERGE AND WASTED ANOTHER HOUR WITH THAT. ON THAT PHONE CALL I LEARNED, MY ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXPIRED TWO DAYS EARLIER!!!!!!! HOW CONVENIENT FOR ARLO! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT?

Sorry to hear that you were unable to talk to the support team. Could you let me know which Arlo camera you're using that is having this problem? And could you provide a screenshot that shows the camera showing washed out?
