Good Afternoon, I'm currently a Premier customer on VueZone, and I've heard that they are going to discontinue support and move to Arlo. I also have read there is a promo for a free kit/cameras when switching.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?
Also I'm unable to change my email address on my VueZone Account, it gives me the error "Server was unable to process request" and "Invalid AvaakSessionGuid Header".
Please assist with the promo and email change. I'd like to get switched over.

The offer to change over from Vuezone to Arlo was started almost 2 yrs ago.... didn't know they were still doing it ( when i changed over )
You best bet is to contact Netgear Support or the contact info in the email if you received one
