I have a 7day loop video library. Is it possible to retrieve videos that are older than that? Maybe 20 days?

One option is to purchase an Arlo Secure Subscription.  That would increase your cloud storage to 30 days.

 

If you have a VMB4xxx or VMB5000 base, then you can also add local storage. 

 

Likely you have a VMB4000 or a VMB4500.  With those two bases you'd need to eject the USB drive and connect it to the PC to access the recordings.  (Those bases support recording, but not playback).  The VMB4540 and VMB5000 would let you access local recordings in the app, but not the browser.
