I have recommended and loved this product for 8 years! It was still working with all original parts, including the batteries from 8 years ago. I had the 7-day free space to review my videos and also a USB drive connected in the back of the hub. Today, this is garbage as it doesn't work anymore, forcing me to purchase a subscription! I'm okay with the USB drive, but even that isn't functional anymore. I purchased this product to last until it broke. Still working, and Arlo deactivated my access to the app. Is anyone here having the same issue? At least give us access to the USB drive to review our videos. Cameras won't connect anymore in the app.

I had the same thing happen. At first the hub was allowed to connect, but the cameras wouldn't,  then after trying for over two hours to get the cameras to connect I finally reached out for support from arlo. Once that happened then I couldn't even get the base to connect. Arlo said they couldn't make my system or give me any support due to age of system which was working absolutely fine previously. To get my security cameras back on line I would have to purchase new cameras and base from them. But they were willing to give me a discount so it would only cost me ~$260 which is a costco price. When I asked them to give me a better discount they ghosted me.

Migrating to the new UI may cause things to work properly. If you use Library to view recordings, choose to add a Pro 5 camera, even though you don't have one. Once the initial migration is complete you can cancel that installation. Note that the UI is very different and currently custom modes don't transfer (those are coming). The old UI along with legacy cameras seems to be the issue.
