I just wanted to make a post on how horrible the Arlo support is. The Arlo app and Apple do not communicate with each other when you buy the subscription. You have to call prove that you bought it and send them all kinds of receipts and emails and then they still won’t even get back to you and turn it back on. I paid for the subscription for three days now and haven’t had any of my videos saved I’ve called multiple times. It’s been on the line for over two hours and nothing has been fixed. I sent them all pictures they wanted and was told they will be back to me in 24 hours and still have not gotten nothing in 36 hours. I’ve called right away when the when the issue happened and nothing has been fixed. The Arlo support is bull**bleep** and these cameras are junk, will be switching to a different brand now.

Hi, I would be more than happy to help you. I do not see a subscription on your account, that is why you are not seeing the videos in the feed. I can have support reach out to you. Can you please send me a dm with a good time to call and I will escalate this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

Iv called all week was on hold for ever then got told they would call me back in 24 hours and never did, that’s happened twice now. I do have the subscription Iv sent all the images over on the case claim I have the receipt from Apple to that Iv sent in.
