Hello! I have two VMC Arlo pro cameras. I have both batteries charged green and my base station setup with Ethernet cable to Wifi router. When connecting to the application it cannot detect my camera even as I press sync sometimes it’s both amber color or blue blinking but neither work to connect to the app. I’m wondering if it’s a connection problem? If it’s a Ethernet coord problem or just a connection problem I cannot fix? Anybody know?

Is the base station showing up as on-line in your account?
