Vmb4000 base with arlo pro vmc4030 cameras

The previous owner left the cameras for us to use but did not log out of the app, can they still access our cameras? How do I stop their access and start ours? I reset the base an waited for the lights to stop flashing.

See if you can onboard the base and the cameras to your own account.  If you can, then they won't be able to access them.
