I JUST WANT TO REMOVE MY SECOND ACCOUNT I HAVE A PRIMARY ACCOUNT I NEED NOT TO DELETE BUT THE SECOND ONE I REMOVED IT BUT CAN STILL LOG IN I NEED IT TO ACTUALLY BE REMOVED.

Were you using the “Delete account “ option in the privacy centre under the app settings?

im not sure i did it in app and just removed the second account but i can still log into the second account but no devices is listed

While logged in the unwanted account, look under settings, privacy centre, account and choose delete arlo account.
