After upgrade, all I get are information screens. I cannot get to my dashboard and regular viewing. My iPhone is still fine. Please help. Thank you.

Which camera are you unable to view. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

No way can I get my dashboard.....seeing devices, library....anything. Just stays on describing the update I think.... when I hit dashboard over on a list.... it goes to a message about widgets and shows a phone with all kinds of devices (animations) around it. I am working on a Mac.

Click on the plus sign and choose add a widget. From there pick the cameras you would like on the dashboard.

Thank you. Everything...widget, device... when I click the plus it then wants me to add a new camera it seems. I have an already established dashboard.... had it for years and cannot get to that. I have worked for days on this... and I usually can work it out but have been stuck on that page for days.

Do you still see that if you use a different browser?
