VMB4000 Can't sync camara to base station

I can't sync the camaras to the base station. Once the camara starts to blink blue fast the base station goes from green to orange and won't allow it to sync.
I've had the system for 3 weeks and it worked great for the 1st 2 weeks. After that video became intermitant and there was up to a 6 minute delay from the time you walked in front of it the camara until it showed up on my phone.
I removed the camaras and reset the base and now I can't get them sync'd again. I would assume software is up to date as the system is only 3 weeks old.

If you performed a factory reset on your base station that means you'll also need to reclaim the base before syncing your cameras. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select your base station > Remove Device. After the base has been removed, navigate back to the devices screen and click "Add Device", select base station and follow the on screen instructions.
