VMB4000 Booting loop Help

Having issues with base station booting. The power light comes on orange then sometimes goes green, also the internet light goes green for a few seconds then the power stops, All lights go out then the orange power light comes on. I have check LAN cable with another one, Power supply is good. It doesn't seem to allow me to do a factory reset because when I hold the button in the lights never go out. I can hold it in for 20secs or more and nothing. Any help would be much appreciated

Assuming that this is a new install, swap the system at the store. Otherwise, contact support for faulty hardware:

No this is not a new install, have had unit for maybe a year

Definitely contact support.  The warranty is one year, so you might be able to exchange the base station if you don't delay.
